Return & Refund Policy

 

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vision Healthcare. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help with our hassle-free return process. Please review the following guidelines for returning products:

 

a. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

b. Timeframe: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Provide your order details, including the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

 

d. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

e. Return Packaging: When returning the product, ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

 

 

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund. The following guidelines apply to refunds:

 

a. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

b. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for products that are returned with minor damage or signs of use.

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products with tampered or damaged packaging.
